ONLINE GIFT CARD CONDITIONS

The purchase and/or use of the gift card implies the full acceptance of the following conditions:

Operation: Purchase via the website this online gift card to shop online through our online store flamencoymas.com. We will instantly send the online gift card to the email address that you registered. This gift card can be used in our online store flamencoymas.com, or in our shop located in Calle San Luis 115 in Seville - Spain.

The gift card can be issued for a minimum of 50 € and a maximum of 300 €. Discounts and / or promotional codes may not be used to purchase the gift card. You can not add other products in an order that includes the purchase of a gift card. The customer can not request the reduction or the increase of value neither the refund of the gift card. The customer will receive by email the virtual gift card, consisting of a discount code. This card can only be used in flamencoymas.com, entering the code at checkout. The card can be used during sales, for promotions and special offers. It is not allowed to use multiple gift cards together, in a single purchase. Buying online gift card carries no shipping costs.

Returns: Products purchased with the online gift card are subject to the same returns and refunds policy as any other product bought online at flamencoymas.com. In case of refund a new code will be generated and sent by email with the amount to be refunded without shipping cost.

Expiry date: The online gift card has no expiration date.

Liability: Flamenco Sevilla, S.L. is not responsible for the impossibility of use of the gift card in case of damage, loss or theft. The company owning the card is FLAMENCO SEVILLA, S.L. (B-90035056, Calle San Luis, 115, 41003, Sevilla). The present Terms and Conditions are governed by the Spanish law.

CONDICIONES TARJETA REGALO ONLINE

La adquisición y/o uso de la tarjeta regalo implica la aceptación íntegra de las siguientes condiciones generales:

Funcionamiento: Compra a través de la web esta tarjeta regalo online. Para hacer compras a través de nuestra tienda online flamencoymas.com. Te enviaremos al instante (horario comercial) la tarjeta regalo online al email con el que te has registrado. Esta tarjeta regalo solo podrá utilizarse a través de flamencoymas.com o en nuestra tienda ubicada en Calle San Luis 115 en Sevilla - España.  La tarjeta regalo puede emitirse por un importe mínimo de 50 € y máximo de 300€. Los descuentos y/o códigos promocionales no podrán ser utilizados para la adquisición de la tarjeta regalo. No es posible añadir otros productos en un pedido que incluya una tarjeta regalo. El cliente no podrá solicitar que se reduzca ni se aumente el valor de ésta, ni tampoco solicitar su devolución.

El cliente recibirá por email la Tarjeta regalo virtual, esta Tarjeta únicamente puede utilizarse en flamencoymas.com,  La Tarjeta puede utilizarse en rebajas, promociones y ofertas especiales. No se permite usar varias Tarjetas regalo de forma conjunta, en una misma compra. La compra de la tarjeta regalo online no conlleva gastos de envío.

Devolución: Los productos adquiridos con la tarjeta están sujetos a la misma política de cambios, devoluciones y desistimientos que el resto de productos comprados en la tienda online flamencoymas.com. En caso de devolución o desistimiento, se generará un nuevo código que se enviará por email, con el importe de la devolución y descontados los gastos de envío.

Vigencia: La tarjeta regalo no tiene caducidad.

Responsabilidad: Flamenco Sevilla, S.L. no se hace responsable de que la tarjeta no pueda utilizarse como instrumento de pago en caso de deterioro, pérdida o robo de la misma.
